Working Together: Student and Teacher Collaboration

I believe that collaborations are important and beneficial for students as well as teachers in many ways.

For students, collaborations on projects or in different social or study groups can help student grow in their academics. This type of interactions can also allow student to build life-long relationships and connections in different educational or work fields, for future engagements and opportunities.

For teachers, the same possibilities can occur, with teachers helping other co-workers with lesson plans, how to deal with different students and situations inside the classroom and also developing lasting relationships and connection for their current careers and future career opportunities.
